Global Tattoo Orthotic Prosthetic Innovations (GTOPI) was founded by entrepreneur Dan Horkey in 2008. It is a Washington State business that can apply art and color to orthopedic braces and prosthetic limbs. Dan calls company end results “tattoos” since the artwork is applied to a body part, albeit artificial, and helps people feel good about themselves and express their own personality and interests.
